Aston Martin tranquilities are the best, and can be experienced in its sedan “Lagonda”. As announced, the sedan to be only destined for Middle East, Oman Air took the pride in transporting that and hence posted a picture of the same on its official webpage.
Can be seen completely undisguised, Lagonda is apparently posed next to some officials or the customers in the picture.
Styling of the car can be tracked dating back the 1976 when the V8-powered Lagonda designed by William Towns.
Underneath, the company’s VH platform is used that is pinning the current line-up of Aston Martin.
Official technical details aren’t revealed, but expected the 5.9L V12 from the Rapide S will be making its way here for a no lesser 550bhp and 0-100 in 5 seconds.
Possibly, a 6-speed automatic ZF transmission will be married to the drivetrain to tract the power to rear wheels.
Lagonda is destined for the Middle East only where customers will be allowed to the preview by an invitation.
Every Lagonda will be exclusively handmade at the Gaydon facility in that assorted building where the One-77 was made.
Despite modernization, the car is looking slightly outdated due to the reason of keeping the spirit alive of earlier versions of William Towns.
