Ratan Tata Inducted in Automotive Hall of Fame

Keeping his unmatched contribution to the global automobile industry in mind, Chairman Emeritus of Tata Sons, Mr. Ratan Tata has been inducted into the Automotive Hall of Fame. He was conferred with this honor last week in Detroit along with automotive legends like co-founder of Haynes-Apperson Automobile Elwood Haynes, former Ferrari chairman Luca Di Montezomolo and founder chairman of Penske Corporation Roger Penske.

While receiving the award Ratan Tata said, “It’s a great honour to have been inducted into the automotive hall of fame. I owe this honour to my friends and colleagues in our company who have taken the company its products to such great heights”.

Automotive Hall of Fame was started in 1939 and since then it has honoured 800 industry giants which include the likes of Henry Ford, Ettore Bugatti, Karl Benz, Sergio Pinninfarina etc..
