2013 Lexus RX facelift ahead of Geneva Motor Show

The Lexus RX gets a facelift ahead of the Geneva Motor show 2012, thanks to a leaked online brochure of this Japanese sporty crossover. The 2012 Lexus RX received a mid-life facelift, after its launch in 2009 and is expected to go on sales later this year.

A familiar face of this family is the 2013 Lexus LX 570, which was introduced in January with a refined look. The Lexus RX also follows this footstep with its trademark ‘spindle’ grille, along with revised headlamps sporting LED daytime running lights and a redesigned front bumper.

There is no substantial change in the rear with just upgraded graphic tail lamps and spoiler kit. The new Lexus RX also features redesigned alloy wheels to go along with the sporty appeal.

In fact, Lexus is introducing a new F Sport variant on the RX 350 and RX 450h Hybrid. The brochure also reveals the unique front fascia of the F Sport with honeycomb-styled insert, a spoiler kit, tinted lights and larger alloy wheels on the outside.

While on the interior, it gets sports steering wheel, sports seat and sporty alloy pedals. Lexus will also feature a new rear-seat entertainment system on high-end models.

Stay tuned for more updates from the official debut of 2013 Lexus RX within a few weeks.
