Information received from a few Nexa dealerships indicate that Maruti is working on the next Ignis. There is no official communication on this, but it seems production of the current generation Ignis has come to an end.
No information about the refreshed Ignis is available as yet, but it is quite likely that Maruti would choose to take the Baleno route for updating the Ignis as well. Additions to the new Ignis could include a new bumper, new wheels and an updated interior.
The Ignis didn’t do that well in India as far as Maruti is concerned with sales hovering around the 3500 units per month mark. With the updated Ignis Maruti would surely be looking to increase on this number.
The upcoming Maruti Suzuki Baleno RS has been priced at Rs.8.76 lakhs. The price has been revealed at the company’s Nexa dealership website.
The Baleno RS would come with a redesigned front with larger grille and a new bumper with central air dam flanked by large faux-vents. The car is powered by a 102hp, 998cc, three-cylinder Boosterjet engine mated to a five-speed manual transmission. The car has been fitted with disc brakes on all of its four wheels.

On the inside, the car gets a new black and blue colour scheme, a SmartPlay Studio infotainment system with a 7.0-inch touchscreen, rear parking sensors, seatbelt warning system and speed alert warning.
As expected, Maruti has launched its Maruti Suzuki Baleno Facelift in India starting at Rs.5.45 lakhs going up to Rs.8.77 lakhs for the top variants.
From the pictures you can see that the Baleno facelift has an aggressive design upfront with a new front bumper, LED projector headlights with daytime running lights and 3D designed grille.

A mid cycle update for the Maruti Suzuki Baleno Facelift is on the cards and the details regarding the car has been revealed. The Baleno would receive certain design changes including a new front and rear bumper and angular fog lamps.
Other changes would include LED headlights on the top trims. The base variants would continue to get standard headlights. On the inside, the car would get a black and blue theme and various sensors. There will be no changes made to the engine and transmission of the car.
Maruti has already started accepting bookings for the car through its NEXA dealerships where the car can be booked by paying an amount of Rs.11,000.
The new 2019 Maruti Suzuki Wagon R would be launched on 23 rd January, but before that some photos of the car has been officially released. Till now Maruti has been calling the Wagon R a “true tall boy”and images released seems to confirm its high roof design.
The new Wagon R gets a new front with creased headlights, chrome lines on the grille as well as new fog lamps. On the inside, the car gets a new dual-tone dash at the center of which lies a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
The pictures released are of the Wagon R AMT version. The car would be powered by the same 1.0-liter 68HP three-cylinder petrol engine along with a new 1.2-liter four-cylinder petrol unit. Both the engines will be mated either to a 5-speed manual or to 5-speed AMT transmission.
A teaser image of the Maruti Suzuki Wagon R has been revealed before its launch on 23 rd January. The image shows upper half of the car which sports a blue color tone. The car in the photo is the top spec ZXi which has vertical tail lamps and a rear wiper. Turn indicators have been integrated with wing mirrors in the top spec variants.
