2018 Hyundai Verna 1.4-litre Petrol To Launch At Rs. 7.29 Lakhs

After a long wait, the 2018 Hyundai Verna would be launched with a 1.4-litre petrol engine. The launch would happen on January 10 and has been priced at Rs. 7.29 lakh.

Hyundai dealers across the country are now accepting bookings for an advance amount of Rs.25,000. The car will be available with the petrol engine only for now. A diesel option may be introduced later.

The 1.4-litre petrol engine of the 2018 Hyundai Verna is capable of churning out a max power of 105 bhp.

The engine will come mated to a five-speed manual transmission. Design wise, the fifth gen Verna uses Hyundai fluidic design language and is built on the new K2 platform. The company claims that it utilizes 50 percent advanced high-strength steel to make it safer than its predecessor.
