2018 Mercedes A-Class Revealed ahead of its debut

The 2018 Mercedes A-Class hatchback has been revealed ahead of its debut at the Geneva Motor Show later this year. The new 2018 A-Class is in fact first of the 8 new compact cars that Mercedes will announce this year.

The new A-Class’s styling resembles that of the A saloon’s which was previewed last year at the Shanghai Motor Show as well as with the recently unveiled CLS. The CLS and the new A-Class share what is called ‘predator face’ with an AMG-inspired grille and angular headlights that extend back into the front wings, giving the cars a more aggressive look from the front. Apart from this, the new A-Class has newly designed headlights with optional Multibeam LED technology with adaptive high-beam assist plus.

On the inside, the A-Class has receives a distinctive dashboard mounted black panel display and switch-gears, which quite similar to the ones found in S-Class. Two 7-inch displays, an analogue instrument cluster and a touchscreen infotainment system comes as standard.
