The new 2019 Maruti Suzuki Wagon R would be launched on 23 rd January, but before that some photos of the car has been officially released. Till now Maruti has been calling the Wagon R a “true tall boy”and images released seems to confirm its high roof design.
The new Wagon R gets a new front with creased headlights, chrome lines on the grille as well as new fog lamps. On the inside, the car gets a new dual-tone dash at the center of which lies a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
The pictures released are of the Wagon R AMT version. The car would be powered by the same 1.0-liter 68HP three-cylinder petrol engine along with a new 1.2-liter four-cylinder petrol unit. Both the engines will be mated either to a 5-speed manual or to 5-speed AMT transmission.
