Whatever the Bentley do, it does it in ‘Sports with Style’. Here, the recently unveiled Bentley GT3-R limited edition is no exception to such claims. Restricted production only to 300 units at its manufacturing facility in Crewe with finished job in Bentley’s Motorsport division, this car is already receiving orders, but the prices aren’t unwrapped.

To the specialization about this project, Bentley GT3-R is bolstered with two seats instead of four, which means a saving of 100kgs, and new exhaust made of titanium for baritone roar, which again reduces the weight by 7kg.

The other technicalities, engine under hoods is 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 powered by new precision-honed high-boost turbochargers developing 580 PS at 6,000 rpm and 700 Nm of torque from 1,700 rpm. The GT3-R is claimed to be the fastest Bentley with 0-100 km/h in 3.8 seconds. Also thanks to the short gearing with regards to eight-speed ZF automatic transmission which had decreased the top-speed to 273km/h, but had enhanced the 0-100 timing. Traction, like other Bentleys, is provided on all the wheels with the torque vectoring for the first time.

Bentley Continental GT3-R Revealed

Inspired immensely by the GT3 race car, this Bentley GT3-R is cosmetically held with most of dynamisms that the other Bentleys had missed out till date. The chassis is said to be tuned for a more exhilarating response, whereas the pair of vents on bonnet replicates the said. Carbon fiber used for the front splitter and fixed rear wing is a sign of a true-blue sports machine. It was noted the black theme added to the pinnacle heightens the level of lavishness for its buyers. Headlamps bezel, 21-inch forged wheels (shod in Pirelli rubber), front grille, window trim and bumper strips are all finished in Gloss Black. The Glacier White paint job on the overall exteriors reprimands the Bentley to be a road-example of aviation – paired with the similarly contrasting interiors. The green stark on the car further marched with the green caliper of Carbon Silicon Carbide (CSiC) braking system having 356 mm disc is also earmarked with the whole theme. Customers can choose from different paint shades on outer, but we believe the while is soothing the best.

Bentley Reveals Limited Edition Continental GT3-R

On inside, the use of carbon fiber is done extensively. Totally inspired from the aeronautics, the central console and dash had those twirling of reminding its owners a luxury airplane implied with norm of running on roads. The new seats finished in Beluga black leather with diamond-quilted Alcantara are having a crisp of most luxurious moments. It can be touted the green stark contrasting is also pegged here which makes the whole fizz inside the cabin racy with being luxury at the same time. And an addition to its exclusivity, the door sill is marked with metal plate that depicts its limited serial number.

To be honest, the Bentley GT3-R is a car for daily use which can feel itself comfortable in any of the given environment, whether it maybe an office’s parking lot, a racetrack, or an open highway with date on the next seat.
