The month of March was one of the most difficult month for all automobile manufacturers. Automotive Industry saw a huge decline in terms of sales due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic. The government declared complete lockdown except for only essential services that will be operational and that affected the automotive industry on a very large scale. Even the market leader Maruti Suzuki reported a decline of 47 percent in domestic sales.
