As reported, Cape Town 940 works on Jelly Bean (a version of Android OS). The package includes a 6.8-inch touchscreen with customisable user interface. In fact, internet connectivity can also be accessed via WiFi, and smartphones too can be integrated to the system. Standalone music player applicability, HDMI/MHL connectivity, reversing camera display and compatible with steering mounted controls compatibility are some other features of this Cape Town. Enough of the said, there are more to it with Bluetooth connectivity of connecting two phones simultaneously and also acting as independent rear seat entertainment.

On the other side, with the navigation system, maker had provided it to access the maps from the SD card as well, with traffic updates for various cities like Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad along with the speed alert and lane guidance. The Navigation part has been sourced from MapMyIndia for an additional amount of Rs 3,999.
