This initiative will lead to a complete hassle free experience for the customer.

Once the customer gives a missed call on the customer care number, the customer care executive will call them back, take the details and confirm the booking. This will completely eradicate the customer’s experience of waiting for his turn for booking, call dropping, etc. & will not even pay for the call.

In an extensive user survey done by Carzonrent have revealed that one of the biggest reasons for passenger hassle was the tedious & tiring process of booking a cab through the customer care centre.

In order to be equipped to provide 100% service assurance guarantee to the customers; EasyCabs is also adding 300 more cabs to the existing fleet in Mumbai which would result in honoring almost all the booking requests placed.
