Ferrari 488 Pista Revealed With Racing-Derived V8

A more powerful and lightweight variant of the 488GTB has been unveiled by Ferrari. The car has been named Ferrari 488 Pista. How powerful the 488 Pista is? Well it can go from zero to 100kmph in just 2.85 seconds. Now that’s quick. The model uses the most powerful V8 in Ferrari’s history and is described as an “extreme evolution” of the turbo unit and it produces peak power of 721HP and a peak torque of 770Nm. The car has a top speed of 321kmph.

Design wise, the 488 Pista has am extremely aerodynamic design which Ferrari claims has 20 percent more downforce. The Pista has an F1-inspired S-duct and redesigned front and rear diffusers from the 488 GTE.
