The fifth-gen Honda City has been well received and retails between Rs 10.90 lakh to Rs 14.65 lakh. In comparison, the price difference between the entry-level variant of both models is around Rs 1.6 lakh, while the top-spec trim of the old-gen City manages to under the entry-level spec of the new City by Rs 90,000.

The older-generation Honda City has been the brand’s best-seller. The automaker has decided to continue offering the older-gen sedan and make it easily accessible to buyers switching from smaller cars.
