Mahindra Unveils Roxor Off-Road Vehicle For Us Market

Mahindra has unveiled the Mahindra Roxor off road vehicle for the US market. The car will be produced at Mahindra’s Detroit plant and is targeted at two-seater off-road market which is currently dominated by the likes of Polaris, Kawasaki and KTM.

The Roxor looks like a miniature Thar. The car gets a two-seat layout with a minimalistic cabin and no windscreen. The Roxor will be powered by a 2.5-litre four-cylinder diesel producing a peak power of 62bhp and a peak torque of 195Nm. The engine comes mated to a five-speed manual transmission. The car has a top speed of 72kmph.
