Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 Facelift Launched At Rs 2.94 Lakh

Maruti Suzuki has launched the Alto 800 at Rs.2.94 lakhs for the base variant and going up to Rs.3.72 Lakhs for the high-end VXi model. The car has been launched only with a petrol engine and no diesel or hybrid variants are available as of now.

The new Alto 800 comes with a BS-VI compliant three- cylinder 796cc petrol engine which gives out a peak power of 48HP and a peak torque of 69Nm. Mileage figure of the new Alto 800 now stands at 22.05kmpl which is lower than the previous model’s 24.7kmpl. Design wise, the new Alto 800 comes with a modified exterior with a black grille, new front bumper and completely redesigned dashboard.

Feature list of the Alto 800 includes ABS, EBD, driver’s side airbag, speed alert system, reverse parking sensors and seat belt reminder as standard.
