Now in order to get its lost position back, Mercedes-Benz has come up with a new strategy which it calls ‘Go to customer’, under which the firm has inaugurated its second dealership in Bangalore on the Mysore road. This new dealership will take care of the sales in the city’s southern parts. Akshaya Motors, the new dealership of Mercedes Benz is spread over 65,000 square feet of space.This 3S dealership was inaugurated by Mr. Peter Honegg, the Managing Director and CEO, Mercedes-Benz India.
With the inauguration of Akshaya Motors in Bangalore, the total count of dealerships has come to 70 which are spread across 31 cities across India. The firm seems to be making constant attempts to gladden its buyers by offering them more products which would excite them with a very different yet a very genuine experience of owning a Mercedes-Benz through its excellent after sales services. With this “Go to customer” strategy, which it has started with the inauguration of the new dealership in Bangalore, the firm surely intends to enchant its customers and make a strong foothold in the Indian automobile market.
Equipped with a customer lounge, where Cafe-Mercedes and bewitching audio-visual presentations holds one intact onto their lounge chairs while a service of drive-in valet and a collection of beguile cars can be seen, the Akshaya Motors willmake a mark in the heart of its customers for sure. With a time span of 12 months and on an expenditure of Rs 30 crore to build up this dealership the Akshaya Motors proudly exhibits its 29 bay workshop efficient enough to take care of the service requirements of the customers on a daily basis.This is because of the 3S structure this dealership has.
