New Bentley Flying Spur launched in India for Rs. 3.1 crore ex showroom Delhi

The 2014 Bentley Flying Spur, which was earlier showcased at 2013 Geneva Motor Show and thereafter made its debut to the most of countries, now finally made to India at price tag of Rs. 3.1 crore ex showroom Delhi.

However, the new Flying Spur is cosmetically same as the old ones on front, while only rear is tweaked to make it compatible for looking slimmer in the competition. To an addition in the makeover, weight of the car is also reduced by 50kgs to retrieve some better performance notes.

Hence, now a 6.0 liter W12 Twin Turbo underneath the bonnet is capable of striking out 616 hp at 6000 rpm and 800 Nm of peak torque at 2000 rpm, concluding the new Flying Spur to a top whack of 322 kmph, and 0-100kmph in 4.3 seconds. A ZF 8 speed automatic gearbox allows the gear shifts to do the task in just 200 milliseconds, while the transmission is being provided to all four wheels of the vehicle.

Couple of 10” LCDs at rear, an 8” touchscreen with interface in the front, and 1100 watt sound system and Wi-Fi are some of the comforting nibs meant inside the cabin for the customers dwelling to pay that hefty price tag.

New Flying Spur registers fuel economy of 19.2 mpg (14.7 litres/100 km), and CO2 emissions of 343 g/km
