Honda has revealed the five-seater Honda Passport SUV at the ongoing Los Angeles Motor Show. In the US market, the Passport will sit above the CR-V. Based on monocoque chassis, the Passport is powered by a 284HP 3.5-litre V6 petrol engine and is mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission which sends power from the engine to all the four wheels.
Features in the new Passport include a 590-watts audio system with 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Lower trims get 5.0-inch display with 215-watts audio system. Various safety features include emergency auto braking and forward collision warning, lane departure alerts and lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise, cross-traffic alert and a 360-degree camera.
