Maruti Alto is one of the world’s most selling car, which now its ‘Alto K10’ version is about to receive the facelift soon.
Here we had brought the spy-shots of new Alto K10 which is totally un-camouflaged, is looking forward to make the debut soon.
However, the spy images aren’t that clear, the quality which we were seeking for, but honestly it can be said the newly launched Maruti Celerio had lend a lot of tips to it. Sharper headlamps, new chromed front grille are the ones to name that are borrowed from the new sibling, where the side panels and rear are carried over from the existing generation. The test mule was spotted doing round near one of Maruti’s factory.
Power machine in the engine bay would be unchanged. The existing 1.0-liter K-Series three-cylinder engine of 68 PS at 6,200 rpm and 90 Nm of torque at 3,500 rpm mated to a -speed cable-operated manual gearbox will be feasible for it. Interestingly, for a better turnout the new K10 with AMT (automated manual transmission) too cannot be excluded from the list.
Existing Alto K10 delivers a 20.92 km/l of fuel-efficiency is expected to remains the same, but the AMT (automated manual transmission) will be altogether a different story if launched.
Couldn’t work out the exact month of launch, it seems the project of new Alto K10 is already completed or is nearing completion. So folks, keep the fingers crossed!!!
