Honda is gearing up to launch the new generation Honda CR-V soft roader in India.The next gen CR-V made its debut globally during June last year at the L.A. Auto Show, and is likely to be rolled out in the Indian market by early 2013.
The new Honda CR-V boasts a developed appearance with original modern features and profound dimensions and dimensions. At the back, the company has held back the upright tail-light design of the existing car.
The car’s interiors, identical to the exteriors, have adopted an evolutionary modification. The car has ample boot room and the big cargo compartment turns massive when you fold down the back seat.
Honda will utilize amodified edition of its 2.4-litre in-line-four engine, which is flat and approachable. The engine releases 185bhp and 22.5kgm of torque and is coupled to a 5-pace auto box.
At launch, the Honda CR-V will only encompass a petrol alternative. Honda has stated that a diesel engine is under way, but isn’t anticipate dright away. Honda is likely to introduce the car with a costlabel of approximately Rs.28 lakh.
