For the Porsche patrons in Kolkata, here is a good news for them. The epic German carmaker of 911 has said to open its new showroom in Kolkata, India, on May 30.
The carmaker which has invaded India during 2004 had taken more than a decade to open an outlet in that city. Enjoying the presence with showrooms across cities like Mumbai, Gurgaon, Bangalore and Ahmedabad, the carmaker sells Cayenne, Macan, Cayman, Boxster, Panamera, 911 and 918 Spyder in India. And the showroom in the City of Joy located at Topsia Road took two years to build for meeting the Porsche international standards. Porsche Centre Kolkata is the name suggested for it that will spawn across 5,952 square feet for housing seven cars on display at a time.
Commenting about the inauguration, that is meant to happen in the next couple of days, Anil Reddi, Director at Porsche India said, Porsche Centre Kolkata is a brand new joint for the Porsche admirers where they can go through the same ownership experience witnessed around the world. This new showroom also demonstrates the commitment of Porsche towards India.
