The state of Rajasthan will establish two automobile zones in Alwar region with the intention to build up the state as an auto constructing centre.
This declaration has been made by the state’s Industries Minister Rajendra Pareek in Gurgaon on November 04.
Rajasthan already boasts a special automobile engineering zone at Pathredi, which is located in Jaipur region.
The minister added up that the latest automotive regions will be set up at Tapukara extension and Khushkheda extension in Alwar district.
While speaking at “Invest North” meeting arranged here by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), State’s Industries Minister stated that Rajasthan is rising as a center for automobiles and unique equipment development with a vast unexploited prospective in major sections such as minerals, oil and gas discovery in addition to solar energy.
Mr. Rajendra also said that the state has around seventy-nine different mineral deposits, out of which just fifty-eight are being took out.
“The state also has loaded reserves of oil as well as gas. A few of it is already being excerpted. The Mangla oilfield detected in the said state in the year 2004 is the biggest hydrocarbon discovery in the nation since the year 1985,” he said.
Mr. Pareek also stated that identical chances subsisted in cement, earthenware, glass and farm goods. Steps were also being taken in order to back up investment in renewable energy sources, particularly in solar, wind generation and fuel.
The state places fifth amongst all other states in fabricating power from inexhaustible sources. Approximately 8,000 hectares of terra firma has been allowed for solar parklands in Rajasthan.
He added that IT division was hiring approximately 15,000 individuals.
Pareek said that the administration of the state has amongst the most excellent investor-favorable plans.
State’s Principal Secretary Sunil Arora stated that chances were mainly noteworthy in infrastructure, power, ceramic and glass, automobile and automobile ancillaries, solar power, IT, outsourcing, cement, mineral and stone-based businesses, agriculture actioning, textiles and apparels, touristry, gems and jewellery in addition to tutoring.
Sunil Arora added that a Greenfield Integrated Township will be set up in the Bhiwadi – Neemrana – Khushkheda region, with speedy physical link to New Delhi.
