After a long era of myths and speculations, Force Motors now had finally came up with its SUV Gurkha. It too was previously present in the market but due to some lacking in product as well as services, the organization was forced to wind up that vehicle.
Newly launched Force Gurkha is based on Mercedes’ Glendwagen platform which is powered by the Benz’s itself designed 2.6-litre OM616 diesel engine. It does churn out a massive power of 81bhp at 3200rpm and 230 Nm of torque at 1800rpm, as assimilated with 5-speed manual gearbox.
While on the exteriors it tweaks new grille, improved headlamps, roof rails and fresh alloys; complementing to upgraded interiors.
Gurkha is made available in three variants starting at Rs. 6.25 lakh, while complete details are mentioned below in the following list:

As of now, only BS-III compliant is rolled out while the more powerful one BS-IV is expected later on. Mahindra Thar and Bolero are its nearest rivals due to the competitive pricing, as being delivered with optimum quality products.
