Ford India finally reduced the price of Classic by Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 1 lakh across variants in order to reposition it for the competitive tress against Honda Amaze, Swift Dzire and their likes. The Ford Classic is now available in the bracket of Rs. 4.99 – Rs. 7.59 lakh.

It is time for the American car lovers to rejoice, because Ford has kept them luring with Classic since long back, but hasn’t tempted anytime before in terms of pocket-friendly price tags.

The Blue Oval carmaker is also said to reposition the Fiesta in the coming months to gain momentum of the industry, likewise its EcoSport.

“At Ford India, we are committed to deliver on customer expectations by continuous improvements in the value proposition of our products,” said Vinay Piparsania, executive director of marketing at Ford India.  “Ford India has repositioned the Classic starting at Rs. 4.99 lakh by optimising efficiencies. The repositioning will make the Classic an even more compelling offer by further enhancing the ownership experience.”
