Free check up camp by Fiat India from 5th to 10th October

Fiat, one of the top brands selling cars in India, will be organizing a free check up camp from 5th to the 10th of October for all its customers. All car owners who have Fiat vehicles are entitled to get their cars checked up for free at their closest dealerships.

According to the President and Managing Director of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles India (FCA), Kevin Flynn, the aim of this camp is to build customer satisfaction. The company is looking to build itself on a long term level in the country and has identified customer happiness as the key element of improving sales. The company is looking to make programs that allow for greater connect with customers and this check up is part of the exercise. Routine programs are being rolled out by FCA India with the help of which present owners of Fiat can receive technical support as well as ensure that their cars are running fit and fine.

Free check up camp by Fiat India from 5th to 10th October

As part of this check up camp, Fiat will be screening the cars and the personnel will be providing advice as to whether or not any replacements and repairs are required. There will also be a ten per cent discount offered by the company on labour as well as cheaper spare parts. A free car wash will also be given as part of the workshop. Fiat is looking to use this to reach more customers and establish itself firmly as a brand to be reckoned with.
