It’s been a while Volvo made to the news section of India. Since no one can remain back from venturing into limelight when needed to sell the cars. But the December ended just like most other offers of various automakers, Volvo had now raised its SUV XC60 on hefty discounts during the first month of 2015.
The discounts are so generous in nature that dealers had directly slashed off Rs 6-7 lakh from the price tag. The stock market price of XC60 ranges in between Rs 42.70 lakh and Rs 49 lakh, where this offer is valid only for few variants, not the entire lineup.
Interestingly, under the bonnet, it is stored with a 2.4-litre diesel engine mated to six-speed automatic transmission delivering 215bhp. Another version comes with the 2.0-litre diesel mated to an eight-speed automatic gearbox for an output of 181bhp.
This Swedish SUV directly rivals BMW X3 and Audi Q5 in the league.
