Hyundai Announces Special Roadside Assistance Program

The breakdown services have gained significance importance over the past few days, where Hyundai doesn’t wants to skew it out simply for no reason. In association with Allianz Global Assistance, Korean carmaker has announced the launch of Roadside Assistance (RSA) program for customers wanted to cater their services beyond the warranty period. Company has said to be providing service round the clock throughout the nation.

On the shelf, three offers are made available consisted of 1, 2 and 3 years of coverage. They are priced at Rs. 899, Rs. 1,499 and Rs. 1,999 respectively. In short, owners can relish on the company for up to six years from the date they have bought the car. These packages can also be included when the car is in warranty period.

Under the Hyundai RSA program, complexities like accidental towing, breakdown and on-site repair are covered. The on-site repair service is inclusive of minor electrical and technical problems, providing assistance on phone, jumpstarting battery, assisting owners to get out if locked inside the cabin, no fuel, flat tyre, custody services, coordinating a taxi and legal or medical coordination. At times if the car breaks down and not in the condition to reach the nearest service station, it can be towed safely to the nearest Hyundai dealerships for time being.
As said, RSA Will work round the clock covering the complete stretch of nation, a dedicated call-center is entitled to monitor the calls reached through a toll-free number.

However, Rakesh Srivastava, Senior Vice President – Sales and Marketing, was quite excited of bringing the said service to customers. He added: this year company is extending policy of road side assistance program to all customers with an aim to provide a pan India reach with maximum benefit, assistance, and service.
