M&M (Mahindra & Mahindra) is all set to introduce the Limited Edition version of its flagship SUV, the XUV500, dubbed Mahindra XUV500 Sportz. Last week, the spy pictures of the same has been surfaced on the internet, and now the reports have a scanned copy of the brochure that he had. So let’s take a sneak preview of the XUV500 Sportz edition.
Essentially it’s a top-end W8 variant that comes standard with high-tech features including automatic headlamps and wipers, a 6-inch infotainment display with GPS, automatic climate control, power wing mirrors and front, side and curtain airbags to name a few. Besides this, the XUV500 Sportz gets cosmetic changes such as special decals and a whole bunch of red colored accents –on the door handles, around the foglamps, the alloy wheels and even the roof rails. The XUV500 Sportz also gets special emblems and badging all around the bodywork.
On the inside, there isn’t any huge change the only highlight is a new design on the leather seats. Even further, the Mahindra XUV500 Sportz edition gets an optional rearview camera as standard. It is expected to be priced a premium of around Rs. 50,000-75,000 over the W8 variant – and will start arriving at dealerships in coming days.
