Mahindra XUV500 Xclusive Edition Launched For Rs 15.22 Lakh

The Cheetah can only do it that fast, and no one else, could be the ideation of Mahindra behind bringing the XUV500 to market, where now it seems to be turning true as the numbers in which the vehicle is selling at. Reportedly, now to roar raucously in 2015, automaker launched the Xclusive edition of XUV based on the W8 trim of lineup. Hence, the W8 trim for the edition is not all-wheel drive; instead the front-wheel drive layout is given at the moment. Additionally, for the money asked, automaker also provided ‘electronic sunroof’ and ‘electrically adjustable driver’s seat’ as a major attraction. On the smaller side, buyers will also be relinquished from the edition by means of hydraulic attachment to bonnet, internet connection for infotainment, reverse camera and grey alloy wheels.

Hence, under the hood, there is no change in the engine displacement, as continued to do with the 2.2-litre mHawk diesel worth of 138bhp mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox.

As per to some reports, the SUV Xclusive edition is available two trims of, a one with the electric driver seat adjustment, another without it, which means the buyers will get sunroof in any condition. Mentioned below are the prices, a one wished to look, and work out the differences as against the standard XUV 500 W8 trims of the lineup.

  • XUV500 W8 FWD (Front-wheel drive): Rs 14.61 lakh
  • XUV500 W8 Xclusive Edition (without powered driver’s seat): Rs 15.05 lakh
  • XUV500 W8 Xclusive Edition (with powered driver’s seat): Rs 15.22 lakh
  • XUV500 W8 AWD (All-wheel drive): Rs 15.67 lakh
