Mahindra Xylo receives ‘Master Brand’ award

Mahindra and Mahindra have announced that CMO Asia and the World Brand Congress have awarded Xylo as the ‘Master Brand‘ for 2012-2013.

According Chief marketing officer, automotive division, Mahindra and Mahindra, Mr. VivekNayer, this achievement has given M&M tremendous satisfaction as it has increased the brand reputation, market acceptance and customer loyalty.

He also said that the award has reflected M&M’s focus on delivering a strong customer belief. With Xylo Mahindra has created a strong brand that has created a new standard in terms of space, luxury, comfort and technology. He further said that it is a great honor that Xylo has been awarded as Master Brand among the others which where good brand names in their own.

The Master Brand mainly recognizes on the key parameters like market presence, goodwill, customer loyalty, longevity and overall market acceptance for the brand. Brands are ranked on the basis of their appeal to a wide variety of customers, from mass to premium. It also determines the brand’s ability to keep in pace with the ever changing market and customer needs.
