The Ertiga facelift has been launched in India by Maruti Suzuki and this will be the first updated edition of the car since its 2012 launch. The car has both mechanical as well as cosmetic updates and packs quite a punch in its new avatar.

The MOV now comes with two engine options. First is the 1.4 litre petrol unit that delivers 94bhp in terms of power as well as 130Nm of torque. The diesel unit is a 1.3 litre MultiJet engine that gives 90bhp of power as well as 200Nm in terms of torque. In terms of updates, the Ertiga becomes only the second Maruti car after the Ciaz to get the SHVS (Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki) technology here in India and while this has increased prices by a bit, the car remains quite desirable.
