It is been altogether reported in detail earlier about the 2014 A8L facelift doing test rounds in India, and recently someone also reported about the Audi to have secretly unveiled the same at the backdrop of Auto Expo 2014 in Delhi. Not going by the rumours and other talks of town, it is now surfaced that the car is still in the testing phase and one of the test mules too spotted in Pune without any camouflages.
Matrix LED headlamps remains the major attraction of Audi’s new flagship sedan, which can be clearly viewed in the spy-images.
Apart from the technologically advanced headlamps, the tail lamps too are revised.
On interiors, a number of changes can be witnessed. In order, the new A8 gets an updated MMI system, alongside the revamped upholstery accompanied by the long equipment list.
On technical front, the 2014 Audi A8 is said to don a 3.0L TDI diesel, 3.0L TFSI and 4.0L TFSI petrol under its hoods. There will also be a range-topping 6.3 liter TFSI W12 petrol motor in the list. Hope so, the India specific version may receive some notches on the trim of fuel-efficiency and emissions to make a number in the prints ads.
