New Auto Hangar showroom in Nagpur by Mercedes

Close on the heels of achieving largest sales figure amongst the luxury car makers in India, Mercedes Benz have now opened up a new showroom in the orange town of Maharashtra, Nagpur. By doing this, they are actually the first of the luxury car makers to have a showroom there. Nagpur boasts of having many politicians whose preferred set of wheels are Mercedes cars. It is an Auto Hangar showroom and for the event, the Managing Director of Auto Hangar India Pvt. Ltd, Mr Mohan Mariwala and Peter Honegg, CEO and MD of Mercedes-Benz India were present. This state of the art facility is spread across 44,500 square feet and also boasts of having a service center to cater to all the requirements of customers. This facility can service upto 10 cars per day and plans are on to expand the number to 25 by next year.

On the occasion, Mr Honegg said that Mercedes has been a pioneer in the luxury car segment in India and Auto Hangar has been one of their oldest serving partners in India. He also said that he expects people from around Amravati, Nagpur, Bhandara, Yavtmal and also Akola to check out this new showroom and be assured that a Mercedes service station is never too far away from them. This dealership boasts of a 55 million rupees investment and was erected in just under 3 months time. The same Mercedes Benz Stardrive experience that we at Indiandrives took a few weeks back would be a permanent feature in this new showroom and new customers would be able to experience the same along with the usual test drives.

With this new showroom, Mercedes Benz has a presence in over 29 cities in India. Moreover, they also have a touch points numbering 57 across the country. As of now, they enjoy the privilege of having the most wide spread dealer network amongst luxury car makers.
