Nissan Friend-ME concept displayed at the Indian Auto Expo 2014

Nissan showcased its Friend-ME concept sedan at the ongoing 2014 Indian Auto Expo. This Friend- ME concept was first seen at the Shanghai Auto Show that was held last year.

The company says that the Friend-ME concept channels and makes a path for its passion in design originality and design excitement.

The concept that has been revealed by the company explores all the possibilities of next generation cars in the saloon segment. This new concept is clearly a combination of dynamic design features and sportiness. Coming to the interiors of the car, it is said to showcase Nissan’s vision of in-car entertainment and technology.

The company has also pointed out that all the new and innovative features that have been showcased in the new Friend-ME concept have been linked to production reality. This gives the customers all over India an idea about the vision of the company and also what they can expect from Nissan in future.

The concept is said to get rear and front overhangs with a wide and low stance. This has been done with an aim to showcase the chunky, aggressive and sporty impression of the vehicle. The taillights and headlights of this new concept get a unique boomerang shape. The centre console in the interior of the car stretches from the dashboard to the rear seats, where information from fuel level, car speed to music playing has been displayed for the convenience of the driver and the passengers.
