Nissan India Appoints Arun Malhotra As New Managing Director

Nissan was in the league for past some days to head towards a right direction in India. And since, its inception of cashing mass volumes from this market, company now made appointment of Arun Malhotra as the new Managing Director of company.

Mr. Malhotra will report to Guillaume Sicard, President of Nissan India Operations and his position will be based at the carmaker’s Sales and Marketing headquarters in Mumbai.

The new MD is entitled to spruce up business development strategies and obviously optimize the sales figures. Alongside, he also has to look over of creating presence of Nissan and Datsun.

Just to brief about the new Director, he has 30 years of experience in automotive industry, and possess a proven track record in the aforesaid given responsibilities. He had worked with companies like Bajaj Auto and Maruti Suzuki to name a few. In fact, he has completed BE in Mechanical Engineering, and acquired MBA from the prestigious and reputed IIM (Indian Institute of Management), Kolkata.
