WRC isn’t everybody’s cup of tea, and Hyundai now wants to chuck it one more time with the new WRC i20. As officially reported company has begin testing the new WRC i20, based on the new-generation hatchback, that will be quite different than the earlier ones and wouldn’t be that same technically as well. The officials of Hyundai have reported of new engine and transmissions to be deployed.
French rally driver Bryan Bouffier was the first person to carry out the test at a private space in Germany. The car is now boasted of amendments with the data collected from previous WRC i20.
The officials are not in mood to hustle up with this project; instead they are claimed of taking their own sweet time to come up with.
Hence, it will be interesting to see how this new i20 will fare in the WRC avatar, which was envisioned taking the crossover arena as well.
