Rolls Royce announces Ghost Firnas Motif Collection

Rolls Royce announced the Firnas Motif Collection of Ghost in limited numbers.

It is built to honor Abbas Ibn Firnas- Legendary Arab poet and inventor who made an attempt to fly with wings made of feathers in the ‘9th Century’. He also dispersed great contributions to chemistry, physics and astronomy in Cordoba. Spanish Government issued stamps and also named an airport in his respect.

The brainchild behind this limited four-wheeler is Mr. Kadhim Al Helli, who placed all his creations on a table at the brand’s headquarters in Goodwood, United Kingdom. Limited luxury cabin is given a paint job of two tones on the exteriors along with filght motif on the coachline. Firnas’s personalized flight Rolls Royce emblem can also be seen on dashboard, sill plates, and headrests.

There is no change in the engine bay. It still holds the same 6.6 liter V12 which is mated to an eight speed transmission responding to the 0-60 mph sprint in just 4.7 seconds (while 0-100 kmph in 4.9 seconds). It rubs off a maximum power of 563 bhp (420 kW) with 780 Nm (575 lb-ft) of torque which relieves it to a last notch of 155 mph (250 km/h).
