Tata Motors kicks off Sumo Care Camp

Tata Motors is regarded as one of the most customer-friendly and trusted brands involved in the manufacturing and sales of cars. It is also known to keep the customer satisfaction in the highest regard and thus this time Tata Motors has kick-started the Tata Sumo Care Camp which is applicable for all the Tata Sumo ranges. This care-camp started from February 17th and will went on till February 19th, 2012. Tata Motor presently has a staggering 281 dealership points in India and the Tata Sumo Care Camp has been kicked off across all of these dealership areas with wide enthusiasm.

Ashesh Dhar who heads the operations of Tata Motors India flagged off the camp and enthusiastically said that he was excited about the launching of this new initiative and whole-heartedly thanked all the customers of Tata who have relied on Tata and have received the best services from Tata. He added that Tata Sumo Care Camp was set up keeping in mind the satisfaction of the customers and adding to that, Tata Motors took all its pros and cons into consideration which carrying out the plan to kick off the Sumo Care Camp.

presently has five variants of Sumo namely Tata Sumo Victa, Sumo Spacio, Sumo Spacio Gold, Sumo Grande and Sumo Gold which has recently been unveiled. The main aim of Tata Sumo Care Camp is to make sure that the owners of Tata Sumo are satisfied with the performance of the car as well as the looks and functions. The camp will service all the Sumos no matter how bad shape they are in. There are certain discounts also available at the camps. A customer is liable to avail a discount of 15% on labor charges and a discount of 5% on the spare parts of Tata Motors. The camp will also be providing and assisting the customers regarding maintenance techniques as well as the fortification of the interiors of the car. There are many schemes available on the basis of which the customer can avail an extended warranty or even an exchange.

Tata Sumo Grande in India

Apart from kicking off this initiative of Tata Sumo Care Camp, the company has also met with groundbreaking response for Sumo Gold which they launched recently owing to the fact that the car comes with improvised interiors as well as the exteriors and the ergonomics that have been put up in the car are top-grade which overall increase the performance of the car. The new Tata Sumo Gold is much better than its predecessors in all respects.

The new Sumo Gold is capable of delivering a mileage of 14.7 kmpl which makes it amongst one of the most fuel-efficient economical SUV in the Indian automobile industry. Sumo Gold will be available in four variants with alternate specifications and Tata Motors will be giving away a warranty of 3 years on the car or a net covered distance of 1, 00,000 Kms and the car is soon to be launched in more states across India.
