Had the Chevrolet Cruze in our market for quite long, it is now the duty of carmaker to bestow us with its new face which seems getting delayed a bit. But no to disappointment, next-generation 2016 Cruze is spotted doing test rounds in Italy. Due to the heavy dose of camouflage, it deprived us from getting even a minute sneak peek.
Hence, as it seems the testing going there, the production/revelation of it may commence/surface soon.
However, there are no official words about it from the carmaker, but we had learnt that American carmaker is busy ramping up the production process for American fraternity where the car was launched very recently. It is for sure new-one is there in the pipeline, which may happen to take cues from the Chevrolet Tru 140S concept of 2012 Detroit Motor Show.
Right now there aren’t any of the clear-cut sources which would tell us how the new-generaiton Chevrolet Cruze would look like, but the engine specifications may remain same with that of the most probably ongoing diesel jag. While the addition of 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol could make possible the more of green compositions by low CO2 emission.
Reuters had recently claimed some technical confusion in the backend of Chevrolet delaying the 2016 Cruze, but we seem the Detroit based carmaker wants to squeeze more out of this model plate when being selling it presently in quite good numbers, despite being launched quite long back.
