Hyundai i10 Grand blurred the lines between compact cars and hatchback segment for auto fraternity after the launch; but adequately at the same time it too had clear the vision of Korean carmaker for its upcoming near future. Though, it is no doubt that the coming days for the Hyundai are going to be bright, as we are now made informed that car brand had received 10,000 bookings of Grand since the launch.
Moreover, Hyundai claimed approximately 1,10,000 enquiries were generated during the meantime, where 70,000 test drive bookings had also been registered during the same. However, the launch of i10 Grand had proven increased in number of footfalls at the showroom of carmaker too, precisely 55 percent increase have been experienced in the times after the launch.
Commenting on this whole text, Rakesh Srivastava, senior vice president, sales and marketing, Hyundai said, “With the outstanding response that the car has received post its launch, we are confident the Grand i10 will set a new benchmark in the compact high entry segment. Despite the challenging market scenario this quarter, we feel that Grand will continue to generate substantial customer interest and excitement all throughout.”
