Mahindra pumped hard to push the maximum number of Quanto on sales floor, but due to its inconvenient seating option, and also the unusual styling cues, compact SUV of Mahindra didn’t managed to churn out good numbers from the lot. Confirming one more change to the first compact SUV of Mahindra, an addition of seating arrangement, christened as “Yoga Seats” has been done. Hence, the Yoga Seats are not meant for performing Yoga inside the Quanto; we guess due to its ultimate flexibility it is been called so.
In detail, the Yoga seats of Quanto are planted with ultimate flexibility options. The second row blooms a central armrest and a reclining feature. Both the rows now can be folded into 60:40 ratio for storing volume of cargos during weekend trips. The reclining feature of second row, and completely foldable seats of both rows, concludes the total of 36 different seating combinations.
Earlier, the middle row seats were thinner and were tacked upright, leaving with tight space & no flexibility options, because of two jump seats meant to be planted on the third row. The Yoga seats brushed such issues with the more cushioned and upmarket material.
Meanwhile, the price and technicalities of Quanto are maintained the same to what they were earlier.
Power to the Quanto comes from a 1.5 L mCR100 diesel engine delivering class leading 100PS of power and 240Nm of torque with superior fuel efficiency of 17.21 km/l as per (ARAI).
