TATA Motors had put up a splendid show at the just concluded Auto Expo in Delhi. It’s Pixel and Nano CNG concepts attracted a lot of attention from the crowd and industry experts. But there was one vehicle that slipped the notice of many and that was TATA Manza hybrid concept. This vehicle could well usher in a “green era” for the Indian auto giant if it goes into production in the future.

The TATA Manza hybrid concept features 1.05 liter diesel engine along with a 45kW electric motor. The appearance of the Manza hybrid concept is vastly different from the conventional Manza sedan. The design of the grille, especially, is different from the Manza sedan. The grille in the hybrid Manza has been designed to compliment the air ducts much more smoothly.

Manza hybrid diesel concept could provide design leads to next-gen TATA ManzaThe well-blended headlamps and the fog lights make the TATA Manza look like a car with an international appeal. But right now Indian Drives does not have any info regarding the launch and probable price of this particular vehicle. The company is planning to launch the Manza CS shortly. The Manza CS will compete in the Indian market with the likes of Mahindra Verito and the Maruti Swift Dzire.
