As per latest reports, MapmyIndia has rolled out the latest edition 8.0 for maps of the country comprising all the direction-finding solutions offered by the company.

The report stated that the up graded map edition consist of additional data, and innovative and enhanced direction-finding traits besides the backing for 4 different regional languages.

The supplier of digital mapping as well as navigation service stated that the maps at the present wrap 10.33 million spots comprising 1.9 million of road kms, 6,00,000 rustic regions, 4,787 towns at lane level, 50 towns at residence level and 46 town in complete 3D.

Aside from this, these navigation maps boasts superior and restricted navigation and driver support traits including comprehensive lane management, junction views, guideposts, live traffic information, town guides and rich spots of interest, regional voice management and local maps.

In addition, the maps can provide help in ten provincial languages and is also rolling out provincial maps in four local languages.

With its top notch services, the well known company challenges Google, Navteq, and many others for mapping applications as well as services, and Garmin and TomTom for course-plotting products.
