Tata Motors to showcase 26 models at upcoming Auto Expo 2020

Tata Motors is one of the renowned brands in the country, recently Tata Motors unveiled its first fully electric vehicle for India, Nexon EV. Tata Motors has some big plans for the year 2020 as they plan to expand their portfolio, by adding new vehicles. Tata Motors will have 4 global unveils, along with 12 passenger cars, and 14 commercial vehicles at the upcoming Auto Expo 2020.

Tata Motors has announced its plan to bring 26 new vehicles at the upcoming 2020 Auto Expo. Some of the models we expect to see at the Auto Expo include the Nexon facelift and the Nexon EV, the Altroz EV, and the company’s upcoming flagship 7-seater SUV Tata Gravitas.

To be specific, the new Altroz, slated to launch on January 22, will also be on display, along with the Gravitas seven-seat SUV and the Harrier automatic, which is expected to come with a panoramic sunroof as well. Tata may also unveil the refreshed Tiago and Tigor at the event, along with facelifted versions of the Nexon petrol and diesel. The Nexon EV and the Altroz EV showcased at Geneva last year are also likely to be present at the Auto Expo 2020.

Tata Motors will commence the introduction of its BS6 range of products beginning January 2020. The company is said to be ready with its entire range of drivetrain combinations, including petrol, diesel and CNG engines with manual, automatic and automated-manual transmissions for the upcoming emission norms that will come into effect beginning April 2020.

This month Tata Motors will be launching two vehicles Tata Altroz premium hatchback and Tata Nexon EV, Looks like Tata Motors is eyeing to gain the major market share in the passenger vehicle segment, as currently it stands 4th in the category.
